Laurence S. Bezinover, Esq.
Laurence S. Bezinover focuses his practice on business and contract matters, advising companies and their owners on formation, transactions, and the agreements they run on, and representing them in litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Before founding the firm, he was a contract analyst for the North American arm of a Fortune Global 500 company, where he drafted, reviewed, and negotiated partnering, sales and supply, financing, and nondisclosure agreements. Earlier, he spent more than ten years in the construction industry, including as an engineer with Hensel Phelps, one of the largest general contractors in the United States and the contractor chosen to rebuild the Pentagon after September 11. During law school, Laurence served as a legal intern at Insomniac Events, the producer of Electric Daisy Carnival and one of the world’s largest producers of music festivals and live events; as a law clerk at FEM Law Group; and as a legal associate at the Freedom Writers Foundation.
