How we work

Laurence S. Bezinover founded the firm in 2025, after more than ten years in the construction industry and work as a contract analyst for the North American arm of a Fortune Global 500 company. Samuel A. Nunan joined as an associate after working as a contract attorney. Both earned their J.D. at UC Davis School of Law, where they co-founded the Music, Arts, and Media Law Society.

Laurence leads every client relationship, and Samuel works on matters with him, so a second attorney always knows your file. The firm’s office is at 7327 Elmo St. in Tujunga, in the City of Los Angeles, and we work with businesses across Los Angeles County. Laurence also speaks Russian.
